It is just you and your companions with no loot at your disposal. It may seem like you are out of time, but trust me, this is the moment where things start to get heated! You and your friends must prove who is worthy through unique challenges and obstacles to determine which weapon you can wield.

Now that all of your loot has been determined, it is time to head on over to the Arena to put your 90s to the test and battle it out in an epic Free For All to see who can grab the glorious Victory Royale!

The objective for this contest is to create a Loot Game map where players will have to do challenges to determine which loot they can get for the end, in which everyone uses their acquired loot to battle it out. Rules

• Your build must be 100% original content that is not an old creation, whether of yours, your teams or someone else's.
• You can build with others! We aren't limiting this contest to 1 creator only. Gather your friends and build together!
• There can be multiple map entries per person as long as each map is unique
• Must follow the theme objective that is stated above.

FAQ

How do I enter?

Once your map is created and you have a map code, click on the Participate button above or Submit Map on top bar. Now just fill in all the information needed as if you are submitting a map regularly. HOWEVER, before submitting make sure you select this contest on the Contest dropdown so that we know this map is also an entry for the contest.

Will my map show up on the site regularly?

Yes, all maps submitted towards the contest will show up on our site as if it were regularly submitted. It will not be exclusively shown on the contest entries page.

Can I build a map with others?

Yes, you are more than free to work with others on the same map or do it solo. However, the map creator shown for the map will be the one who will be contacted if that map won any prizes.

If I win, how will I be contacted?

When you submit a map, please put one of your social medias in the appropriate fields. We will contact one of those social medias you submit with the map.

Legal Terms

By participating in the event, participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and regulations and the decisions of fortnitemaps.com are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this event.

No cash substitute or transfer of prizes is available. Prizes are awarded without warranty of any kind from fortnitemaps.com, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Decisions of fortnitemaps.com and the voting system are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this event. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted by email within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her prize. Potential prize winner(s) and their parents/legal guardians may be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release within 30 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. fortnitemaps.com at its sole discretion shall reserve the right to disqualify any Participant from the event if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the event by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harassment of any other Participants, fortnitemaps.com employees and affiliates.

By entering, entrants agree to release fortnitemaps.com, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the event or their receipt or use of the event prize.

Contest Process

Presentation is very important! Add lots of quality screenshots (maybe even a video), write something about your work, maybe give some description of your building process and in general take the time to present it to the community and judges to increase your chances of making it to the finalists.

With each Contest Map you will see 10 bars indicating a Map Rating. If a user is logged in, they can click on a Contest Map and give a rating of 1 to 10 to insert their opinion on how well the map is done. The Map Rating at the end of the contest will have a small role in judging as we want the community to be involved in helping pick out winners.

Once the contest is over, a team of internal judges will be reviewing maps and judging each map upon the following aspects stated below. Judging phase may take a few days or a couple weeks depending on the amount of maps submitted.

Judges will be looking at these aspects of the map:

• Concept & Originality: Fresh, new ideas and crazy concepts! Try to do something new, differentiate yourself from the status quo and show us what you're made of.
• Technique & Execution: Be sure your build flows together and represents what you are trying to accomplish. Little details always add up.
• Presentation & Experience: Presentation of a build can really help to make a great first impression. Be sure you've got good screenshots, spend some time on the post! Videos are always a bonus and Fortnite’s Replay feature is your best friend.
• Community: As mentioned above, the community’s ratings on map will play a role. We will look at the average map rating for each map and how many votes were map to get it to that. However, map rating won’t be the sole factor in deciding a winner!
